Pus can't stop growing

I have cyst acne n my skin juz can't stop producing pus n it feels warm n painful. What can I do? Because I'm overseas now I can't visit my derm, I have been taking isotretinion for 3 months now it heals most of my acne but there's a cyst juz can't stop producing pus. I have an important event coming soon, I need some advice to temporarily comes the pus down.

Treat scalp with olive oil to loosen scaling and dandruff shampoo. The dermatolgsit can also prescribe topical steroid for Scalia necessary. The hair loss which occurs in 5 per cent of patients is almost always temporary and will stabilize within two months of stopping accutane.

You can stay on aldactone until accutane kicks in. The dose is 1-2.mg per kilogram for 15-20 weeks. The dose would be optimally 50-60 mg per day .After one tow two months of imporvement the dose of aldactone can be tapered.
