I have had septoplasty 12 days back and look like a pig with uneven nostrils. Will this change?

Dear sweetpea18The external appearance of your nose should not change with a properly performed septoplasty unless there was an external deviation of your septum across your nasal bridge or the changes were discussed with you prior to surgery.Sometimes swelling from surgery can last for weeks. I would go back to your surgeon for a followup visit.
