Is it safe to use hair removal laser if I have red marks on my skin?

I was severely bitten all over my legs by mosquitos 4 months ago and the bites still didn't go away. I'm afraid that the laser might do some permanent damage on that skin area

This is a great question. The chromophore for laser hair removal treatments are melanin and will only target dark hair, not vascular or red bumps. If the laser tech does decide to go over the bug bite there should be no harm done. Wish you the best.
