Next step after cheek fat transfer: threads? When? (Photo)

I am 40. I had facial fat transfer to my cheeks 2 months and a half ago. My sunken cheeks improved but there is some skin laxity (around nose and mouth). Previous attempts at using hyaluronic acid were not successful. Which could be the solutions for those skin folds? Could they improve on their own? What about threads? If they are indicated, how long should I wait before inserting them? If threads are not a solution, how could I improve this issue? Thanks and best regards

There are no studies specifically addressing this issue to my knowledge, but that said, it is best to wait at least 4 weeks before doing another treatment whose purpose is, at least partly, the stimulation of the healing cascade. In other words, you lose some of the collagen-stimulating effects...
PDO Threads are wonderful for chiseling and sharpening the bridge of the nose. After an alarplasty, patients should wait six weeks before undergoing a thread lift, just to be safe.
