PDO threads as a type of subcision for rolling and ice pick acne scars?

I am not really on board with the PDO thread craze. But it made logical sense to me that it could be used for acne scars? I have seen a FEW uses of PDO threads for acne scars on youtube, but the final results aren't really clear. I have a couple of more severe rolling scars & a few less serious ice pick ones; I do microneedle and it helps, but that is limited for the rolling scars and it adds up. I don't have a million trillion dollars for bellafill, fraxel, subcision. any guidance would b cool.
