Hi @lili20152015! Dry skin is normal to experience for 2-3 days after microneedling. I would recommend using Hyaluronic Acid Serum to help with the dryness. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

Dear Eratsus, Typically the redness fades relatively fast with microneedling. Everyone is a bit different depending on skin sensitivity. Make sure that the gentle moisturizer doesn't burn when you put in on your skin, as this may be causing a little residual redness. Best, Shamim
