Would you recommend braces, Invisalign, or a new clear plastic retainer to straighten my teeth? I am a 26 yr old female (Photo)
Hello, I am a 26-year old female who had (I believe) two rounds of braces growing up. The first round was to correct my underbite. And the second round was to fix generally unaesthetic crookedness in my teeth. I’ve noticed over the past few months that my teeth have been getting more and more crooked over time. Unfortunately, I’ve stopped wearing my retainer since they started hurting me a lot in my sleep like 13 yrs ago. I never really wore my retainer, but my teeth also did not seem to be bad.
