Lumenis M22 for couperose?

Hello, I am confused, could you clarify it for me, please is it IPL (which to my knowledge is not golden standard for couperose) or a laser? And is it effective for treating capillaries? Thank you!

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. For rosacea, I like a combination approach, using lasers (ProYellow, Pulsed Dye/Vbeam, Excel V), peels and botox to the cheeks. This makes dramatic changes in color and symptoms. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

In  my opinion, it is possible to do combination treatments on the same day. It's important that you have a physician who is experienced in these treatments. The energy and density of  the IPL and depth and intensity of micro-needling needs to be adjusted to accommodate a treatment on the sam...

Co2 is the best laser for scars, but Erbium is a great alternative. Keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. Acne scars need a combination of lasers, microneedling/prp, subcision, Cosmelan and fillers.  It will take a series of treatments and may need some tr...
