Talk to your surgeon. I would recommend that you wait for a bit if you are immediately postop. You may want a different profile implant. You may need a little pocket adjustment.
There are several aspects to the breast reconstruction you had that need repair.The implant chosen may be too wide. the position of the implants and the inframammary line need to be adjusted. The implant pocket need narrowing laterally. To go from 240 cc tissue expansion to 650 c implant does not make sense.need to evaluate the skin pliability. This would require more surgery to correct. would need to evaluate what exactly was done at the first and second surgery and a plan of correction is needed
If you feel you are to large, then you are to large. discuss this with your plastic surgeon and see if it is possible to exchange the implants you have for ones that are more suitable to your frame. Good luck...
Thank you for the question. A lesion that has been worked up and found to be a benign (such as a fibroadenoma) can be removed during the time of breast augmentation surgery. This is especially true if the lesion is close to the planned incision for the breast surgery. Best wishes.
From the photos, it looks like you have rippling deformity. This is a common deformity with implant base reconstruction. It is due to the thin overlying tissue covering the round implants. The best option at this time would be a revision, with possibly changing it to a form stable shape implants...
