I am 29 year old female and i want to know what type of surgery would fix my issues and how much time will it take? I have the following: 1.Receding Jaw 2.Slight asymmetry due to one side of my jaw being a little inwards. 3.Receding chin 4.Protuding teeth I already have a long face to begin with so i am also wondering if bringing my jaw forward will make my face even longer.
