It is hard to make a definite diagnosis from a photograph but you have what is called a skeletal type 2 relationship. You could benefit from orthodontics followed by jaw surgery. You would initially need to consult with an experienced orthodontist in your city who can fully examine you and develop a treatment plan for you.

There are many different approaches to your case depending on how far you are willing to go.
For protruding mouth, bimaxillary osteotomy (two jaw surgery) can push the upper jaw inward and the lower jaw can be pushed out (but this requires dental treatment and diagnosis). But front chin can be brought out by having genioplasty or simple chin implant.

Thank you for your photo and questions. This is a very common problem and can be best addressed with a sliding genioplasty. Facial measurements taken in office will be able to determine how much your chin should be moved forward in order to obtain optimal facial balance. Many times the lower face is longer than the midface with a receding chin, the vertical can also be brought up with a sliding genioplasty to shorten the lower portion of the face. This is something that cannot be done with a chin implant. The only other factor your surgeon will need to examine is your dental occlusion. If your teeth fit together well, you should only need the cosmetic portion of the chin surgery. If the lower teeth are too far back from the upper, you may need more of a jaw advancement. A sliding genioplasty can be performed by an experienced board certified plastic surgeon in under 2 hours and the recovery is typically 2 weeks of swelling. I hope this helps answer your questions!
