3 weeks post benelli breast lift, is this sticky clear fluid a seroma?

I had a benelli breast lift a little over 3 weeks ago, and there is a very small amount of sticky clear fluid, the area feels moist but I can not see where it is coming from because the incision looks like it is healing well. I have more disconfort in that breast than the other, but there is not redness or excessive swelling. My doctor said to put cold compresses, but I would like to hear other opinions? Should I use the silicone sheets that I started using? About neosporin? Thank you
