I am going to this place in Miami to get my breasts done. I do realize that my boobs sag a bit but the nipple is up and the skin texture isn’t stretchy it’s pretty firm. The doctor told me I have to do an actor breast lift not a vertical breast incision or the peri-areolar breast lift which is the main one I wanted. Now I told them that I just want implants and my areola reduced. I’m gonna attach pictures. Tell me what you think.
Answer: Breast lift If you want the lollipop lift instead of an anchor lift you will be able to find someone who could do it. I agree with an implant for upper fullness. A scar around the areola only will give a poor result so you shouldn't do that

Answer: Do I need a breast lift? You might not need one. I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They then get to choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Mini lift with fat transfers or small implants The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift Dear Versatile751342, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: I don’t want anchor breast lift scar - what are my options? If you're looking to avoid the anchor breast lift scar, there are alternative techniques that may be suitable depending on your individual circumstances. Here are some options to discuss with your plastic surgeon:1. Vertical (lollipop) breast lift: This technique involves making an incision around the areola and vertically down to the breast crease, resulting in a scar that resembles a lollipop. It's often used for moderate breast ptosis (sagging) and can provide significant lift without the horizontal scar along the breast crease.2. Periareolar (donut) breast lift: This approach involves making a circular incision around the edge of the areola, resulting in a scar that is hidden within the natural border of the areola. It's suitable for mild to moderate ptosis and typically results in minimal scarring.3. Crescent breast lift: In this technique, a small crescent-shaped incision is made along the upper half of the areola. It's generally used for minimal ptosis and results in a very small scar, but it provides limited lifting capability compared to other techniques.4. Internal bra technique: This innovative approach involves using internal sutures or mesh to provide support to the breast tissue, reducing the need for extensive external incisions. It's often combined with breast augmentation or other lift techniques to achieve optimal results.5. Fat grafting: In some cases, fat grafting techniques can be used to add volume and improve breast shape without the need for extensive incisions. This approach is particularly beneficial for patients who desire modest breast enhancement and have adequate donor fat available. It's important to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who has experience performing various breast lift techniques. They can assess your specific anatomy, discuss your aesthetic goals, and recommend the most appropriate approach to achieve the results you desire while minimizing visible scarring.
