Do my breast implants hang normally or is this too saggy? Should I be worried? (photo)

My breast implants are only 3 months old, and I love how natural they look, but one breast is hanging much lower than the they and I can grab a lot of skin underneath my breasts.

To be honest, it is difficult to best answer your question due to the few photos and the views submitted.  If they are droopy you might consider an uplift but hard to tell from the photos.

Looking at your pictures it appears that you have significant and residual droop after your augment.  Hopefully your surgeon discussed this with you prior to surgery.  It appears that you could benefit from a breast lift or mastopexy.  A mastopexy will elevate and reduce the size of your areola, increase symmetry, reduce the loos hanging tissue in the lower pole and elevate the implant for more upper pole fullness.  Good Luck!

It is very difficult to tell from the photos that are posted.  Please post pre-operative photos and post operative photos in the views similar to the preoperative photos that your plastic surgeon took.  Without these it is impossible to comment accurately based on the photos provided.

Unfortunately, it's difficult to say yes or no from the photos you posted.  Best thing to do would be to go see your surgeon so you can view your pre-op photos and discuss your concerns together.  At that time, you can discuss options such as a possible lift to remove the excess tissue you are pulling at in your photo.  ac
