I am in need of a breast reduction. I have no kids yet, however I would like to have kids and breastfeed sometime in the next 10 years. While I know it is impossible to guarantee the ability to breastfeed, I was wondering if there was a significant difference in ability to breastfeed based on which pedicle technique is used. Would the superomedial pedicle technique provide as much chance to breastfeed as the inferior pedicle technique? Which technique has the best chance for breastfeeding?
