What else is there to do? I've lost all hope. Birthmark removal hypopigmentation. (photo)

LostAllHope
So originally I had a cafe-au-lait birthmark, large, on my neck. Eventually I had enough and had laser treatment. However, the laser went to far and turned part of my skin completely white. I'm a light tan/white guy, not pure white, so it's actually whiter than my skin a short you can see in some areas. My last resort is a tatoo, until then I've covered it up with collar shirts my entire life. Horrible way to live. Help.
