Can I lose my breast implant do to straining while taking bowel movement I've had them for one week no pain just curious?

It is unlikely if everything looks and feels ok.  You should ask one of your MDs if they can prescribe a stool softener so you don't have to strain.

Straining for a bowel movement should not affect the implants. Constipation can be a consequence of a combination of anesthesia and pain medication. Consider drinking plenty of fluids, including prune juice, or use of over the counter medication and/or suppositories to make things easier on yourself.

Highly unlikely that this would ever occur. At one week from surgery it is likely that you do feel some movement of the implant if you include straining your chest muscles (pectorals) during this time and if the implants are below those muscles. You should be able to relax about this issue, but consider asking your doctor for some stool softeners so you do not have to strain so much with bowel movements.
