How to treat shadow on chin after fillers? (Photos)

I was born with a cleft chin and decided to get fillers to even the chin out and get rid of the dimple. I got 1 syringe injected and saw improvement, but wasn't happy with the result as the dimple was still visible. I then got another half syringe, but the dimple was still there. So I decided to go to another doctor. She injected 1 full syringe. Now the cleft is more visible than ever. When I look closley, my chin is smooth. But from far away theres a shadow that looks like a huge cleft.
