Which procedure can help minimize asymmetry when smiling? Previously had lipo filling and mini facelift (photos)

Woman, 41 y.o. Had neck and face liposx and cheek lipofilling in nov 2021. Minifacelift in May 2022. Results are good when serious, but asimmetry appears when smiling (right part of face is weird). I’d say there is extra fat in cheek and too much liposuction in lower face. We tried fat-dissolving methods and fillers. It improved but the asimmetry is still quite obvious when smiling. How can this be fixed? I’d accept both surgical and non surgical methods but I don’t have extra fat to transfer.
