Does terbinafine cause wrinkles or affect scar healing?

I read that it decreases collagen production and reverses cutaneous fibrotic lesions, so would this mean it would affect your skin too? I’m taking it for toenail fungus. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/9894250/
