When is it best to start CO2 Laser, IPL, and Morpheus8 on breast lift scars?

i read a few articles saying CO2 laser and IPL are best used on surgical scars 3-4 weeks post op, and morpheus8 6 weeks post op. i wanted to get more opinions on that. Also, would i be able to use Embrace Scar Therapy while getting those treatments?
