I've been highly considering a face lift for years now, I always had saggy cheeks and nasolabial lines. I’ve had some fillers it did look better but did not really fix the sagging. Should I do something more drastic even for my young age ?

I would recommend a lower lid blepharoplasty, mini facelift, and fat grafting. This would address the loss of volume around the eyes and the deep wrinkles.
With your face in repose, it is clear that the deep soft tissues of your midface have descended, replicating the aging process despite your years. Liposuction is a bad alternative to a proper rejuvenative surgery, and as I said, you don't have excess fatty deposits.
