I am over 2 years post op from my breast augmentation and although my results are fine I ended up with very bad scarring. I’ve gone through various rounds of injections, lasers, and scar camo tattoos. Although the color is improving I’m still really bothered by the indentation caused by tethering in one of my scars. It caused my underboob to have a square like appearance rather than round and it just looks bad at certain angles. Can I do a subcision on this scar to pop the tethering out? Some doctors are telling me to leave it alone one doctor told me he could do it. What’s the risk of my implant popping? Also would this be a risk of hyperpigmentation or keloiding?
