I recently had a capsulectomy & implant exchange. I went from OTM to UTM and 5 months later I got capsular contracture again. I would like to get strattice to help prevent cap con but I worry about infection. Is Strattice relatively safe or does it have a high rate of infection? Should the entire implant be covered or just a portion of the implant? I have 3 autoimmune diseases hashimoto’s, perniciousanemia & autoimmune metaplastic gastritis if that matters
