Which procedure would completely remove scars on my face?

Our office has many different treatments for scars depending on the depth of atrophy or hypertrophy. Fractional Thulium laser and clear & brilliant can also reduce the inflammation and redness of the scar when combined with topical therapy. Fractional lasers such as Fraxel, erbium, and CO2 laser can be combined with radio frequency and also fractional RF to improve textual issues and microtopography. Subcision and TCA cross are also used for deep ice pick scars and narrow valley scars in order to improve the micro texture. Really sorry, but it is very difficult to discern precisely from the photo the nature of the scars. If they are ice pick scars or dilated pores, then TCA CROSS would be an excellent treatment modality. I have been using this relatively inexpensive approach for these problems for nearly a quarter of a century with very gratffying results. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist scar specialist and best of luck.

As plastic surgeons we have ways to make scars potentially heal better through good technique and tissue handling, and can make some scars appear less obvious or “hide them” by reorienting scars or changing their direction to heal more favorably.
