Reinjecting after tyndall effect - is it safe?

Though I cannot say for certain without more information and an exam, I suspect you simply had the wrong filler injected in the wrong place. You certainly had the wrong filler, and most injectors placing them under the eyes place them superficial above the orbital ligament, which is the wrong place. The superficial placement can lead to a Tyndall effect, though Volbella rarely does so. The proper filler for this area is a heavy one like Juvederm Volma or Radiesse. These should be placed deep on the bone or muscle below the orbital ligament. In this location it is practically impossible to get a Tyndall effect. See someone different who is an expert in treating this area.
