Should I get ptosis correction or fillers? (photos)

I’m quite ok with the way my eyes look in the morning when theyre a bit puffy (first photo) but whby noon/afternoon this subsides and I look really tired and gaunt. Would filler be a good option here or lifting the droopy lids? Thank you
