Do I have ptosis? Why are my eyes so asymmetrical? (Photo)

My eyes always had some asymmetry but it's gotten worse overtime. I had botox two years ago but I think it strengthened one of my eyebrow muscles. I'd like to have bigger and symmetrical eyes. Any advice appreciated.
