For a fraction of the price, in the hands of an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector, appropriately robust and volumizing HA fillers, such as Voluma XC and Restylane Lyft can be used to lift cheeks, contour a more feminine, heart-shaped face, and straighten and define the jawline and eliminate jowling there--typically with on-the-spot results that elicit an immediate "Wow!" reaction and engender little to no significant downtime and typically for a lot less money than the "bells and whistles" ultrasound and RF devices whose hard science to support these expensive treatments lags woefully behind the heavy marketing and business incentive to promote them.
