Can I keep my butt chin if I get Radiesse in my chin?

Question

I recently had radiesse on my jawline and I like the result and want to return to have my chin done. I think extending the chin will make the jawline look even better .My worry is that I have a cleft chin and I love it. Will filler in the chin lessen or remove the crease in my cleft chin? Can it be used to enhance it while also bringing the chin outwards? I’m a male in my early-40/ and looking for a more chiseled look while protecting my natural chin shape/cleft indention.

Radiesse is commonly used to enhance the chin and it could be injected without making the cleft in your chin disappear.  The placement of the injections would be important to maintain your cleft though.
