I am booked for a fat transfer to my under eyes, as am wanting to restore volume loss and stop getting told I look so tired all the time. My eyes have always been like this and same with sister's so it is genetic. Now I'm wondering whether I'll be happy enough with just a fat transfer. I'm naturally very lean with a high metabolism and worry the transfer wont be so effective. My surgeon has said I don't need a lower bleph but I wondered if I had any other options to compliment the fat transfer
