Would an under eye fat transfer be the best option for my eye bags?

I’m37. 3 years ago I had Lowe bleph for very prominent eye bags. I loved the results under last year, now I feel I have too much loss. I don’t believe/ feel comfortable with under eye fillers. I am going to try PRF, but ultimately the loss of physical volume (fat) I believe is what has caused the hallow. This and combined with the natural aging shifting of my face now make that more prominent I'm seeking experienced facial Dr only Near me
