I had sutures on my face which will be removed this week. I am wondering how soon I can do CO2 laser to minimize scarring. According to this research article, there is benefit in doing early CO2 one week after suture removal. But many physicians on RealSelf recommend waiting months before doing CO2 laser. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31286546/
