Little back story, almost 10 years ago, if not more, I fell on my face and hit my forehead really hard, that left a bump on my forehead that is still there, when it happened no bleeding occurred, I was dizzy for the day and then I had a bruise for a few days. This trauma left a bump that is soft to the touch, highlighted when I raise my eyebrows, it’s not necessarily noticeable. It’s non pulsatile and has been unchanged for years, I was wondering if it could be removed, it’s for aesthetic reasons it hast giving me any issue but I would like for it to be gone

This actually sounds very consistent with something I see from time to time after injuries like the one you described.

The fact that:

It’s been there for years and hasn’t changed
It’s soft to the touch
It becomes more noticeable when you raise your eyebrows
And it’s not painful or pulsating

…all points toward something benign and stable, like a small residual soft tissue change from the trauma. In many cases, this ends up being either:

A bit of fat or fibrous tissue that healed unevenly, or
A very subtle contour irregularity in the soft tissue over the bone
Can it be removed?

Yes—generally, bumps like this can be improved or removed, especially if it’s bothering you cosmetically.

How it’s treated depends on what it actually is:

If it’s soft tissue (fat/fibrosis) → a small, targeted surgical excision can smooth it out
If it’s more of a contour issue → sometimes it’s addressed by either removing or even subtly blending the area, depending on the shape

Because it’s on the forehead, the approach is usually very conservative to avoid visible scarring. Often, these are done through very small, well-hidden incisions.

What I’d be careful about

Even though everything you described sounds reassuring, I always like to:

Confirm it’s not something deeper (rare, but important)
