I have widespread rolling scars across my beard and neck area, and although I can still see fine peach fuzz under harsh lighting, the hair appears miniaturized. Is it possible to restore normal hair growth in these areas, and can treatments that remodel scar tissue, such as laser therapy, help improve follicle function? Would hair-specific treatments like minoxidil or PRP be effective in stimulating regrowth in scarred skin?
