Would Botox fix these bumps on my forehead? (Photo)

Question

I am only in my 20's and previously have gotten botox on my forehead one and cortisone acne shots in my forehead and wonder if this was the cause of the bumps as I don't feel like I had them before. Would botox help fix these bumps or do I need something else?

These lumps are produced by the hypertrophy of the muscles when frowning the forehead, putting botox back on would be a very good option to improve them.
