Can I get one treatment of Laser Hair Removal in order to thin out my coarse dark hair?

Male with course dark arm hair, I have very light skin so my hair really stands out. Can I do one treatment of laser hair removal in an effort to thin the arm hair and make some of the follicles less thick and noticeable. Will my hair grow back patchy? Specific laser light setting/or procedure that will do this effectively? I dont want to be left with patchy result and have to laser it all away, I think it would look worse than current situation. How many sessions/what strength level?

This is a great question and I would speak to your primary care doctor to get the clearance to do laser hair removal while taking minoxidil. This is a drug-induced photosensitivity drug which means it can cause counterindications when doing laser hair removal treatments.

I would refer to your primary doctor but in my professional opinion it is not safe to perform laser hair removal treatments on any client who is on Accutane no matter the dose due to it high photosensitive side affect. I could put your accutane treatment first and then do any laser hair removal...
