I'm considering a threadlift. I'm 27 but see sagging on my face and would like a threadlift as I feel too young for a face lift procedure and dislike fillers. Before I go ahead though I'd like to know if it can be reversed or if only certain types of threads ( pdo, cog etc ) can be reversed?

I would not recommend PDO thread lifts with history of most any autoimmune disease, especially sarcoidosis. The risk of nodules and other complications is much higher in my opinion.
