Can threadlift be reversed? Or can only certain types of threads be revered?

I'm considering a threadlift. I'm 27 but see sagging on my face and would like a threadlift as I feel too young for a face lift procedure and dislike fillers. Before I go ahead though I'd like to know if it can be reversed or if only certain types of threads ( pdo, cog etc ) can be reversed?

Rhinoplasty for a more feminine and attractive balanced face. The other procedures you mentioned are not needed in my opinion.

Thread lifts would not help and are not appropriate for this region. (Frankly, they are really not even that good or long lasting for most things for which they have been hyped). No surprise that microneedling pen did not work, since microneedling is best reserved for treating superficial...

Yes, we can remove those threads. I've done it several times for different people (which is why I don't put them in myself). It can be done with local anesthesia right in the office typically.
