Swollen glabella muscle 6 weeks after Botox. Will it go away when Botox wears off?

Perhaps, the area involved is not swollen, but you may have a droop.  Sometimes this happens due to Botox relaxing the muscle above the area causing the area to drop.  This usually resolves within a 6 week to 3 month period once the Botox begins to wear off.  It can also be a hematoma from the injection. If so, it can take another few weeks to resolve.  Either way, this should just go away on its own.

Sounds like your Botox treatment was not performed in the best of fashions. The glabella consists of a number of muscles and those muscles need to be injected with botox after a physical exam.
