One spot on my leg is itchy, hairy and darker than the rest?

I got a laser hair removal on my legs a few years ago and ever since I got this one spot on my leg which started to grow more hair, got itchy from time to time and got darker skin color. It kinda look like a hairy bruise. What can have cause this and why doesn't it go away?

It is safe to do laser hair removal while being on an antibiotic such as Augmentin.  While there is some concern with certain antibiotics such as the tetracycline class, this has more to do with UV exposure rather than the wavelength of light you get exposed to doing laser hair removal...

Laser hair removal will be your best option. Make sure you chose a reputable place for your treatments. I recommend a board certified dermatogist.
