What size implants would give me my desired look/is a lift necessary? (Photos)

Fortunstely you do not require a lift . You need implants only.  I suggest that you familiarize yourself with how implant sizes work by going on various surgeon's websites.  I would caution you a outgoing too large and would probably favor something around 400 Vic's.

Thank you for your photos. They are very helpful. On evaluation of the images we see the right breast is slightly larger than the left and there is a bit more skin in the lower pole of the right breast. I do not believe a lift would be necessary but the asymmetry would persist after the augmentation. As a general rule, breast implants can maintain the asymmetry, minimize it or in some circumstances exaggerate it. As far as size is concerned, the measurements of your breast will dictate the size of the implant. Based on the photos you presented, you would like a moderate profile implant. Both issues would require a formal evaluation and discussion prior to your surgery.Based on your images you should expect a wonderful result.Good luck and I hope this was helpful.

Hello, I would suggest arranging a proper consultation and bringing your wish pictures.  The surgeon will need to do a proper exam including measurement of breast dimensions, skin tone, tissue thickness etc to determine whether your desired look is achievable.

augmentation.  The size of the implant is based on your desired
breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue
quality.  This decision should be based on a detailed discussion
with equal input from both you and your surgeon.  This entire surgery can be performed with a
small incision technique.  Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Hello and thank you for posting photos along with your question. The one thing I try and get my patients to understand before getting a breast augmentation, is that, for the most part, all a breast augmentation does is make your current breasts bigger. What I mean by that, is, whatever asymmetries you have will likely still be present post operatively and the natural shape of your breast will also be maintained. What this also means is trying to achieve breasts that look the same as someone else is difficult unless your breasts looked like hers to begin with! Also, I think the best way to pick implant volume is by trying on implants and by looking at your chest measurements. From the photos, it appears you may get close to her volume if you had an implant that was somewhere around the 400cc range....maybe a little less, maybe a little more, but somewhere around that. Also, the differences in the size of your breast are enough that I would suggest placing a slightly larger implant on the smaller side. Weight loss and weight gain can change the results of any type of plastic surgery, so you should definitely get to a stable point in your weight and then have this done. The only way to really come up with an appropriate surgical plan is by evaluating you in person. Without a direct examination and measurement of your breast tissue, it is impossible to say what would work best for you in terms of size.  However, based on your desired pictures, an implant style in the moderate plus range would do the best job of achieving the shape you are looking for.  It does not appear that you would need a lift at all since your breasts are not hanging enough to meet any lift criteria.  The best thing to do is to go for a few consultations with board certified plastic surgeons and see what is recommended.  I hope this helps.

Breast implant sizing is based on both patient aesthetic desires and your body's anatomic capacity.  Please visit a few ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeons.  You know you're at the right doctor when you here these key issues discussed: avoiding the nipple incision/use of the inframammary incision, using the Keller funnel for implant delivery, no narcotic pain meds prescribed/Motrin only, and rapid return to normal daily activities.Best of luck!

It may be possible for you to get a similar size and look but remember that breast augmentation increases the size of the breasts you have- your anatomy is still unique to you. You have a slight asymmetry as well which could be addressed with implants. I recommend that you book an in-person consultation with a board certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss your goals and options. They will examine and measure your breasts then make recommendations. My patients find it helpful to try on the breast implant sizers in the office in order to get an idea of how they will look.All the best
