I want to use Retin-A but not instead of other good skincare products(such as growth factor and antioxidants). Can I use serums before I apply the Retin-A?

All my patients use vitamin A at night with growth factors and other serums.  There is no reason you cannot do so.  Best, Dr. Emer.

It is suggested to apply Retin-A to clean, dry skin. Allow product to absorb before applying other skincare products. Please note that when using Retin-A, in order to minimize the adverse effects related to retinol usage, it is recommended to begin application on alternate nights for the first 2 weeks of use, at minimum, or until deemed tolerable.
