Can SculpSure be used for the armpit area, which the small applicator of coolscuplt advantage can do with a small applicator? Does SculpSure have different applicators for smaller areas like coolscuplt advantage has with being able to fit different body areas with smaller and larger applicators?

Assuming that the device was properly placed, dimpling is uncommon. Theoretically it could be due to exaggerated fat destruction in that area. Cynosure, the makers of SculpSure, have not provided data either documenting the variability in treatment results or the scientific basis for them.
