Is my scar from fat necrosis after a tummy tuck 1 year ago fixable? And can my abdomen be flattened? (photos)

Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. Sometimes the full scar needs to be revised and this just entails surgically removing and restitching the scar.  Sometimes the scar plus the skin needs to be removed and that is a revision tummy tuck.  I suggest posting photos and seeing an expert in revision procedures that combine liposuction/fat removal, skin tightening, body shaping/definition, fat grafting and cellulite improvement. it is hard to tell for sure without an examination but based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a tummy tuck and scar revision. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon.
