I have seen doctors completely disagree about this. So which one is it? If it doesn't dissolve your own HA can you explain how synthetic hyaluronidase would only get rid of synthetic HA?

Hi ajhxspdr,We usually use full strength hyaluronidase injected into the center of the lump. Hyaluronidase is injected in increments and may be done in 4-5 visits. If granuloma is suspected, you may need steroids. All the best, Justin Harper, M.D.
