What should I do to prevent more damage of hyaluronidase? How long is the maximum affect?

I made a big mistake and inject hyaloronidaz after 2 years injection of restylan while almost nothing has left . After a week I fond a very thin under cheekbon. I am so worry about to lost skin tissue at this area.

Hyaluronidase shouldn't negatively impact your natural tissues, however it can take 1-2 weeks for results to settle. If you remain concerned, I recommend following up with your injector. Hope this helps.

Hyaluronidase removes synthetic HA's very well but it also removes natural Hyaluronic Acid from the tissue. This HA is usually replaced my the body in just a few days. You will not lose skin tissue in the area that the enzyme was injected and you should be fine ( absent the injected HA)in just a few days.

I would encourage you to consider Sculptra. It sounds like you could benefit from some collagen boost in that area. Sculptra is a more global approach to volume loss on your face, but it will definitely help this area as well. Over time your body will build more collagen and volume to your face.
