How do I get rid of perioral mounds or fat pads around mouth?

So far I have had one syringe of Voluma in each check, restalyne in the nasolabial folds, and a PDO thread lift. I don’t think any of this it has helped with my perioral mounds. Any other suggestions? Do I need chin or jaw filler? Midface filler?
