I have had 4 rhinplastys and I'm very prone to scar tissue. I want my columella raised higher, nostrils smaller (because with the columella raise they will look Michael Jackson-ish if they are not smaller) and the tip a bit shorter. Would this cause me to have a long recovery with scar tissue problems again? Or is it a relatively easy and quick procedure? Can my nose collapse due to numerous rhinoplastys and kenalog injections over a 9 year period?

For more than 35 years and thousands of noses I have not needed rib grafts and you probably don't. There is almost always enough cartilage in your septum and ears for this.See a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon to discuss this issue.
Resecting the depressor may help a little. It rarely changes the smile adversely. A trial of very low dose Botox can be useful. Most of the line is from the main lip muscle. Botox there would help but will distort the smile a bit. If the line was not there before the first rhino...
Thank you your question and including photos. From your photos I would be concerned for a possible infection. Also I recommend using an antibiotic ointment inside your nose like bacitracin instead of the aloe vera gel. It is important that you see your surgeon soon so he/she evaluate your nose...
