Each of my breasts is 9 inches wide where it meets my chest wall. When I see afters on patients like me I do not like the outcome- the breast is wider than it is long and it looks unnatural. Are there any other options for patients like me? I've lost 100 lbs and my breasts are the same size.

but you must make sure your surgeon is aware of your goals and that the plan is altered to accommodate your special request.  Your nipple placement become more challenging as your alter the width of your breasts.
