Considering different procedures to slim lower face. What would you recommend? (Photo)

I think you may do well with a thread lift to your lower face to pick up the jowls. Liposuction will leave you gaunt and Thermage, in my opinion, will not produce an appreciable difference. The photos don’t demonstrate, by themselves, the indications for surgical intervention but this can only be appropriately evaluated in consultation.
