I've had these for as long as I can remember - I'm only 22 and they are so obvious all the time even with sleep and low stress. I'm pulling the skin down in the photo for emphasis, but they are very visible. Hoping to find a doctor in Los Angeles - what treatments would you recommend to get rid of these? Are results normally permanent? I can't imagine my face without these terrible veins. The other eye is not nearly as bad as this one.

It is unusual to have a drain left in place following vein surgery so there must have been a reason to place the drain. A genereal rule of thumb for removing drains is to remove them when the drainage either stops or reduces to a minimal amount. Speak with your surgeon about the drain.
